Obituary of Denis Duval

Peacefully, surrounded by his family at Glengarry Memorial Hospital, Alexandria on Wednesday, March 11, 2015 at the age of 74. Beloved husband of 50 years to Jeannine Duval (née Desjardins). Loved father of Carole Mousseau (Patrick), Céline Duval, Luc Duval (Josée) and Chantal Murray. Dearly loved grandfather of Natacha (Mariah), Roch (Stéphanie), Shelley (Maxime), Michelle (Justin), Jessica, Shawn, Marilyne, Sabrina and Alexandre. Proud great-grandfather to Olivier, Damien and Emma Lee. Dear brother of Réginald (Suzanne), Romuald (Eileen), Evelyn Sabourin (late John Bonnie), Yvan (Nicole) Eugene and predeceased by Léo, Jean-Rémi, Aline, Albert and Léonie. Son of the late Emile Duval and Amanda Cadieux. Family and friends are requested to gather at the Salon Funéraire Glengarry Funeral Home, 580 Main St. S., Alexandria, (613) 525-3400 on Monday, March 16, 2015 from 2 - 4 pm. A Memorial Service will be held in the Chapel of the Glengarry Funeral Home on Monday, March 16, 2015 at 4 pm. Interment will be held at a later date. In memory of Denis, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
