Béatrice Ménard (née Desjardins)

C'est avec une grande tristesse que nous annonçons le décès de Mme Béatrice Ménard (née Desjardins), décédée à l'Hôpital communautaire de Cornwall le dimanche 20 avril 2025 à l'âge de 74 ans.

Fille de feu Russell Desjardins et de feu Délisca Cyr.

Épouse bien-aimée de feu époux Robert Ménard (6 juillet 2021).

Mère bien-aimée de feu Nathalie Ménard, Alain Ménard (Tammy) et Julie Fontaine (David).

Fière grand-mère de Patrick Ménard (Vanessa), Katia Ménard, Christian Ménard (Anne), Sabrina Ménard, Mélissa Ménard (Éric), Venessa Brunet (Brandon), Brianna Fontaine et Brayden Fontaine; et arrière-grand-mère de Camille Béatrice Ménard, Luca Robert Ménard, Félix Robert Rieux, Lexie Patricia Rieux et Gracie Roberta Brunet.

Chère sœur de feu Florence Cyr (feu Salomon), feu Mariebelle Larivière (feu Lionel), feu Bertha Cyr (feu Alex), feu Léo Desjardins, feu Shirley Dumont (feu André), feu Kathleen Quesnel (feu Henri), feu Gérald Desjardins (feu Diane), Irène Daoust (feu Raymond), feu Alice Desjardins (Rhéal), feu Albert Desjardins et Clarence Desjardins.

Tante bien-aimée de plusieurs neveux et nièces.

Les parents et amis sont priés de se rassembler au Salon Funéraire Glengarry, 580, rue Main sud, Alexandria (Ontario) K0C 1A0 (613) 525-3400, le jeudi 1 mai 2024 de 18 h 30 à 21 h 30 et à l'église Sacré-Cœur d'Alexandria, le vendredi 2 mai 2025 de 10 h 30 à 11 h 30. Une messe funéraire chrétienne aura lieu à l'église Sacré-Cœur d'Alexandria le vendredi 2 mai 2025 à 11 h 30.

Daughter of the late Russell Desjardins and the late Délisca Cyr.

Beloved wife of late Husband Robert Ménard (July 6, 2021).

Loving mother of the late Nathalie Ménard, Alain Ménard (Tammy) and Julie Fontaine (David).

Proud grandmother of Patrick Ménard (Vanessa), Katia Ménard, Christian Ménard (Anne), Sabrina Ménard, Mélissa Ménard (Éric), Venessa Brunet (Brandon), Brianna Fontaine and Brayden Fontaine; and great-grandmother of Camille Béatrice Ménard, Luca Robert Ménard, Félix Robert Rieux, Lexie Patricia Rieux and Gracie Roberta Brunet.

Relatives and friends are asked to gather at Glengarry Funeral Home, 580 Main Street South, Alexandria, Ontario K0C 1A0 (613) 525-3400 on Thursday, May 1, 2024 from 6:30 to 9:30 pm and at Sacred Heart Church in Alexandria on Friday, May 2, 2025 from 10:30 to 11:30 am. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Sacred Heart Church in Alexandria on Friday, May 2, 2025 at 11:30 am.

Donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
