Obituary of Sophie Dauner

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Mrs. Sophie Dauner (née Steidl), who passed away on July 12, 2025, at the age of 90. 

Beloved wife of the late Franz Dauner.

Cherished mother of Siegfried Dauner and Eric Dauner (Tracy).

Loving and devoted grandmother, whose greatest pride and joy came from spending time with her grandchildren Tyler (Alayna) and Brandin, and her great-grandson Oliver.

Sophie will be missed by many friends and family.

Predeceased by her parents Jakob and Anna (née Foss) Steidl.

A Private Service will be held at a later date.

Memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
