It is with great sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Mr. Normand Sabourin, while surrounded by his loving family, on Wednesday, July 29^th, 2026, at the age of 56.

Beloved spouse and best friend of Dominique Sabourin (née Roy).

Proud father of David Sabourin and Jules Sabourin.

Dear brother of Josée Sabourin, Richard Sabourin (Chantal Levac), and Denis Sabourin (Kim); uncle of Audrey, Emilie, Catherine and Michel (Terry); and great-uncle of Abigail and Logan .

Cherished brother-in-law of Donald Roy (Elissa); and uncle / godfather of Nicholas, Sebastian and Alexandre.

Normand will be dearly missed by his extended family, his close friends and by his staff and colleagues at Norsab and Sanilit.

Predeceased by his parents Hubert and Cécile (née Gauthier) Sabourin.

A Celebration of Normand’s Life will be held at a later date.

Normand’s family would like to thank the Hawkesbury and District General Hospital and Bayshore HealthCare nurses; especially Brenda, Krista, Bonny and Linda, for their extraordinary care and compassion.

Donations to the Hawkesbury and District General Hospital Foundation or to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.

Beau-frère de Donald Roy (Elissa); et oncle/parrain de Nicolas, Sébastien et Alexandre.

Normand manquera beaucoup à sa famille élargie, à ses proches amis ainsi qu’à ses ses employés et collègues de Norsab et de Sanilit.

Prédécédé par ses parents, Hubert et Cécile (née Gauthier) Sabourin.

Une cérémonie en hommage à la vie de Normand aura lieu à une date ultérieure.

La famille de Normand tient à remercier le personnel infirmier de l'Hôpital général de Hawkesbury et du district, et de Bayshore Soins de Santé; et plus particulièrement Brenda, Krista, Bonny et Linda, pour leurs soins exceptionnels et leur compassion.
