Peacefully, surrounded by her girls, at Carefor Hospice Cornwall on Thursday, June 2, 2016 at the age of 77. Beloved wife of the late Jean “John” Albert Larocque. Loving mother of Dianne Kuipers (George), Joanne Larocque-Poirier (Jean) and Nicole Dubois (Daniel). Proud grandmother of Justin, Christine, Eric, Steven and Julia. Dear sister of Ronald Séguin (Monique), René Séguin (Janet and the late Nicole), Robert Séguin (Lorraine), Gisèle Pilon, and Paul Séguin (Lise). Predeceased by her parents O’Dilon Séguin and Elizabeth Séguin (née Davidson) and her sisters Thérèse Séguin and Aline Samson (Aurèle). She will be fondly remembered by her many nieces, nephews, neighbours and friends. Family and friends are requested to gather at the Salon Funéraire Glengarry Funeral Home, 580 Main St. S., Alexandria, (613) 525-3400 on Monday June 6, 2016 from 9:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. A Liturgy of the Word will be celebrated at Église Sacré-Coeur, Alexandria on Monday, June 6, 2016 at 11 am. A reception following the Funeral Mass will be held in the Reception Centre of the Funeral Home from 12 noon to 2 p.m. In memory of Claudette, donations made to Carefor Hospice Cornwall would be greatly appreciated by the family. Chère sœur de Ronald Séguin (Monique), René Séguin (Janet et feu Nicole), Robert Séguin (Lorraine), Gisèle Pilon, et Paul Séguin (Lise). Précédé par ses parents O’Dilon Séguin et Elizabeth Séguin (née Davidson) et de ses soeurs Thérèse Séguin et Aline Samson (Aurèle). Elle restera dans la mémoire de plusieurs neveux, nièces, voisins et amis. Une liturgie de la Parole sera célébrée à l’Église Sacré-Cœur, Alexandria le lundi, 6 juin 2016 à 11 h. Après la messe des funérailles, une réception aura lieu dans le centre d'accueil de la maison funéraire Glengarry de 12 h à 14 h.
