Peacefully, surrounded by family at Glengarry Memorial Hospital on Monday, June 13, 2016 at the age of 72. Beloved spouse and best friend of Georges Emile Nadeau of Alexandria. Loving mother of Josée Bourgon (Paul Taylor). Dear sister of Rheal Bruyere (Lucille), Viviane Charbonneau (late Gerald), Nicole Tessier (Gilles), the late Madeleine Corneau (late Rodolphe), the late Juliette Chartier (Bertrand), and the late Romeo Bruyere. Daughter of the late Charles H. Bruyere and the late Thérèse (née Desnoyers) Bruyere. Georgette will be fondly remembered by her nieces, nephews, neighbours and friends. Family and friends are requested to gather at the Salon Funéraire Glengarry Funeral Home, 580 Main St. S., Alexandria, (613) 525-3400 on Saturday, June 18, 2016 from 9:00-10:30 am. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Église Sacré-Cœur, Alexandria on Saturday, June 18, 2016 at 11 am. A private interment will be held at a later date.
