Obituary of Hélène Simone Vander Haeghe

Peacefully in her sleep at her residence on Saturday, April 21, 2018.  Hélène Simone Vander Haeghe (née Dionne) of Alexandria at the age of 73 years.

Beloved wife of the late Andre Vander Haeghe and loving mother of Annette Vander Haeghe, Monique Quesnel (Denis) and Linda Vander Haeghe.  Cherished grandmother of Alain, Sophie, Hope and Stephanie and great-grandmother of Adrianna and Angelina. She will also be missed by her little dog, Peanut.  Pre-deceased by her parents John Dionne and Anita Dionne (née Sabourin), her sisters, Jeanette Lee (late Georges) and Yvonne Helpin (late Eddie) and her brother, Normand Dionne (Rejeanne).

Family and friends are invited to gather at Église Sacré-Coeur, Alexandria on Friday, April 27, 2018 where a Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated at 11:00 am, followed by a reception in the Parish Hall.

Memorial donations to the Hôpital Glengarry Memorial Hospital Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
