Peacefully in Kentville, Nova Scotia on Monday, July 2, 2018 at the age of 88. Reginald Clansey of Middleton, Nova Scotia; formerly of Monkland, Ontario and Maple Ridge, British Colombia.  Beloved husband of the late Doreen Clansey (née Cown). Loving father of Grace Clansey and Leslie Clansey. Proud grandfather of Colin Clansey (Christina) and Michael Clansey (Alicia); and great grandfather of Tianna, Rohwyn, Brooke and Jarod.  Predeceased by his parents Herbert and Wilhelmena (née Scott) Clansey; and by his brothers Bert (Elsie), Les (Barbara) and Harold (late Pat).  Reginald will be fondly remembered by his extended family, friends, former comrades and fellow pipers.  A Memorial Service will be held at St. Andrew’s Presbyterian Church, Maxville on Sunday, August 4, 2019 at 2 pm.  Memorial donations to the Salvation Army would be appreciated by the family.  Funeral arrangements are under the care and direction of the Glengarry Funeral Home, 580 Main St. S., Alexandria, (613) 525-3400.
