Obituary of Serge Robert Larocque

Peacefully, surrounded by his family at the Cornwall Hospice on Friday, July 20, 2018.  Serge Robert Larocque of Cornwall, formerly of Alexandria at the age of 69.  Beloved husband of 48 years to Francine Larocque (née Brazeau).  Loving father of Daniel Larocque (Lynn) and Chantal Bourdeau (Marc).  Proud grandfather of Valerie, Stephanie, Christian and Vincent. Dear brother of Michel (Patsy), Noel (Sylvie) and the late Bernard (Pierrette).  Son of the late Emmanuel and the late Georgette (née Dupuis) Larocque.  Serge will be fondly remembered by his extended family, colleagues at Carnation / Nestle’s, fellow car enthusiasts, neighbours and friends.  Relatives and friends are requested to gather at the Salon Funéraire Glengarry Funeral Home, 580 Main St. S., Alexandria, (613) 525-3400 on Monday, July 23, 2018 from 7 – 9 pm and on Tuesday from 9:30 – 11 am. Cher frère de Michel (Patsy), Noel (Sylvie) et feu Bernard (Pierrette).  Fils de feu Emmanuel et de feu Georgette (née Dupuis) Larocque.  Serge restera dans la mémoire de sa parenté, de ses collègues de Carnation/Nestle, de ses compagnons de voiture, de ses voisins et amis.  Parents et amis sont invités à se réunir au SALON FUNÉRAIRE GLENGARRY FUNERAL HOME, 580 rue Main S., Alexandria, (613) 525-3400 le lundi 23 juillet, 2018 de 19 h à 21 h et le mardi de    9 h 30 à 11 h. Une liturgie de la parole sera célébrée dans la chapelle du salon funéraire Glengarry le mardi 24 juillet 2018 à 11 h.  Une réception suivra.
