Definition for my Gumma; incredible, honest most stubborn, hardworking and loving woman I know.
So much I would like to say but I know friends and other family members will also have amazing things to say about you, so I’ll keep it short and to the point!
I’ll always remember that time I showed up to help you move stuff from your downstairs apartment to upstairs. I got there and you had already moved the stove... by yourself!!! Gumma, to put it in short, you were a beast!
I’ll never forget you gumma. You were a big part of my life, with your love and guidance you helped me become the man I am today, thank you.
So many memories will forever be cherished such as the spooky walks through the cemeteries or the day trips to the pool to name a few. You would always go out of your way for us. You were someone we could always count on no matter what. I’m honoured to be able to call you Gumma. I will forever love you and never forget you. You may be gone from my sight, but you will never be gone from my heart. Till we meet again Gum xoxox
Your grandson Ryan

A mother's love is so deep and precious and you were an exceptional mother to me for your Charismatic, loving and endearing personality. I know what we went through in our lives and how strong you were. I am appreciative knowing that you were always there for me and Renee. I'm devastated that you are gone and it has left a great pain within my heart. I miss you dearly everyday as crazy as you were. I've always counted on you to back me up for all my adventures that we've shared together. You have made a great impact in my life and others that we all will miss in a special way. Heaven has most definitely gained the most beautiful and spontaneous angel. You will forever be apart of me and forever in my heart.
From: Your loving son ( Bern )

Gumma, thank you for being the best grandma anyone could ever ask for! You had the best humour and were always unapologetically yourself. You always made it to our celebrations, Graduations, Christmas, Easter, Thanksgiving, and birthdays. We have made many memories together that I will cherish forever. I wish you could have met the rest of your great grandchildren, but I know you will be watching over them. Heaven has gained the most beautiful angel.
I love you to the moon and back.

I only knew Aurore a few years but she had so much spunk for her age and was always determined to speak her mind as she saw fit. She was impeccable in the way she dressed and was still wearing high heels or bootis and only gave them up for comfort in the last year.
I thought the Irish were feisty but I am truly believing that the French may have us beat
Cheers to Aurore as we celebrate her life not her passing !

Aurore's day would not be completed without me putting her make up and fixing her hair. That was our routine every morning. I remember when I took this picture of us, I was teasing her and told her she looks gorgeous and so she had to smile in the camera. I took several pictures and this is the only picture she smiled in, well, she was forced to do it cause I'm stubborn and wouldn't stop. That morning I will never forget. She taught me a lot of things without her even knowing. I love her and gonna miss her so much. This is only one of those funny moments we had together. May she rest in peace.

I am so grateful for the times that we shared together. I am going to miss going to the Dairy Queen, having Swiss Chalet with you, and your everyday presence. We enjoyed listening to country music , dancing in the livingroom and having a Rye and Coke together on Friday nights. Life will not be the same without you. With Love ... For those of you who knew my grandmother (Gumma) she was fun, loving and a hard worker. She loved cracking jokes and making people laugh. She enjoyed blueberry picking, her dogs and spending time with her family. I will cherish the memories we made togther. Thank you for helping to raise us.
My Gumma would not want us to shed tears for her but only to celebrate her life. Until we meet again. As she would tell us it is not good bye it is "see you later".
