Obituary of Yannick Borris

Suddenly on Saturday, May 15, 2021 at the age of 29. Beloved husband, High School Sweetheart and best friend of Christine Borris (née Dubeau). Proud father of Sofia, Luke, Liam and Aspen. Loving son of Louise (née Delorme) and Alain Borris. Dear brother of Julien (Stephanie), Shawn (Rebecca) and Chad. Yannick will be dearly missed by his extended family, his colleagues at McDougall Electric, and by his many friends. Family and friends are invited to pay their respects by way of a Drive-Thru Visitation to be held at the Glengarry Funeral Home, 580 Main St. S., Alexandria, (613) 525-3400 on Sunday, May 23, 2021 from 1:00 to 4:00 pm. Visitors will be allowed to stop their vehicles in a designated visiting area to offer their condolences to the Borris family; but due to social distancing regulations, visitors will not be allowed to exit their vehicles. A Private Funeral Mass and a Public Celebration of Yannick’s Life will both be held at a later date.
