Paisiblement, à l’Hospice Cornwall, mercredi 10 juin 2015, à l'âge de 64 ans. À son chevet était son mari bien-aimé et meilleur ami, René Turcotte. Mère aimante de Sandy (Brent) et Eric (Tara). Fière grand-mère de Ben, Kenzi et Ryan. Fille chérie de Irene (née Croteau) et de feu Laurent Simard. Chère sœur de Roger (Lilliane), Jules (Nicole), Jean-Marc (Geneviève), Jacques (Suzanne), feu Marcel (France), Paul (Lise), Claude (Louise), Laurence (Jacques), Suzanne, Aline (Jules) et Lucie (Normand). Elle restera dans les pensées de ses belles-sœurs, beaux-frères, nièces, neveux, cousin(e)s et beaucoup d’ami(e)s. Cherished daughter of Irene (née Croteau) and the late Laurent Simard. Dear sister of Roger (Lilliane), Jules (Nicole), Jean-Marc (Geneviève), Jacques (Suzanne), the late Marcel (France), Paul (Lise), Claude (Louise), Laurence (Jacques), Suzanne, Aline (Jules) and Lucie (Normand). She will be fondly remembered by her brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins and many dear friends. Family and friends are requested to gather at the Glengarry Funeral Home, 580 Main St. S., Alexandria, (613) 525-3400 on Monday, June 15, 2015 from 2 - 4 & 6 - 9 pm and on Tuesday from 9 - 11 am. Monique’s life will be celebrated in the Chapel of the Funeral Home on Tuesday, June 16, 2015 at 11 am, and will be followed by a reception. A private interment will be held at a later date.
