It is with heavy hearts that the family of George Lumsden Telfer announce his sudden passing at his home on March 18th, 2016 at the age of 66. Dear brother of Bob (Jane), Don (Pam). Loving uncle of Janessa and Neil. Predeceased by his beloved sister, Sharon and parents, George and Wilma.George will be missed by many aunts,uncle and numerous cousins and friends all across Canada. George chose to live a unique independent lifestyle and was very proud of it.Many thanks to his friends who lived nearby who were kind enough to help him out when needed.Funeral arrangements are under the care and direction of the Glengarry Funeral Home, 580 Main St. S., Alexandria, (613) 525-3400. A private family interment will take place at a later date. In memory of George, memorial donations made to the Glengarry Memorial Hospital would be appreciated by the family.
